The Black Brokers Network was founded to close critical gaps in real estate access within our community. We understand the unique barriers many face on the journey to homeownership—from systemic inequities to a lack of trusted, culturally competent guidance. Our network connects consumers with real estate professionals who understand their experiences, concerns, and aspirations—and who are equipped to help them succeed.

The Black Brokers Network is a for-profit initiative powered by the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance (BREPA). BREPA also leads the nonprofit organization House Then The Car, which is dedicated to financial literacy and homeownership education.

Our mission is to serve as a business development engine for our members while helping increase Black homeownership. By directly connecting qualified buyers and sellers with trusted professionals, we aim to eliminate barriers, generate real opportunities, and grow thriving real estate businesses across the country.

No. There are no referral fees. Members pay a one-time, low-cost membership fee to join the platform.

Consumers can search by market or ZIP code, just like on a traditional real estate site. All members serving that area will appear in the search results, and the consumer can view member profiles and choose who they'd like to contact.

When a consumer submits a connection request through your profile, you'll receive an email directly from the Black Brokers Network at the address listed in your member profile. At the same time, the consumer receives automated follow-ups encouraging them to connect with you.
