Billion Dollar Challenge

Welcome to the Black Real Estate Professionals Billion Dollar Challenge.

This challenge is open to all real estate professionals and it's goal consists of three primary objectives:

• Education

  To offer insight and information on the nuances of real estate, including, but not limited to, helping participants and the broader community understand the intricacies of the industry.

• Empowerment

  To uplift and empower Black or African-American individuals and professionals through recognition and celebration of contributions made to successful real estate transactions.

• Collaboration

  To foster a network where professionals and communities collaborate, build meaningful relationships, and mobilize efforts to create positive and long lasting impact on our communities.

This challenge is not only an opportunity for professionals to gain recognition for their work in real estate but will also serve as a movement aimed at addressing historical marginalization and discrimination. By highlighting successful transactions where the primary client, customer, or consumer was Black or African-American, the challenge emphasizes both economic and social progress.
